Can you change it for my business?
Yes, that is the point. The name, the steps, the fields, and the wording are set up for your business before it is delivered. Anything you want changed later becomes a new request in your portal.
Who owns the data?
You do. The tool runs on your web hosting and saves to your own database.
Is there a monthly fee?
There is no monthly software fee for the tool. If it needs a paid outside service, such as maps or text messages, that is named before you accept the plan.
